1. For products that bought directly from Leaf buddi official website, you will need to provide order number(s), photos and/or a video showing the defect(s) of the product(s) to our customer service team: firstname.lastname@example.org. After confirming that the damage isn’t caused by a human error, you will be provided with a free replacement.
2. For products bought from other retail stores, we recommend you seek help from the store directly. If the store is unable to provide any assistance or after-sales service, you can then turn to us for help. This requires providing the product’s security code which can be found on the packaging, and photos or a video showing the defect(s) of the product(s) to our customer service team: email@example.com. If it passed the genuine check, and it is confirmed that the damage is caused by non-human faults, you will be provided with a free replacement product.
3. We won’t charge you for your first replacement product, but please understand that we need to charge shipping fees for your second replacement product of the same original device, and in case there is a third replacement request, we can only offer you a 30% off discount for the particular product.
Note: If your leaf buddi mod is damaged by a cartridge leak, and if the cartridge is from Leaf buddi, you will be given a free replacement product. But if the cartridge is not from Leaf buddi, we can only offer you a 30% off discount (Apply to all products on Leaf buddi official store.)
