ORDER ISSUES

Where does my order ship from?

All Leaf Buddi orders are shipped from our headquarters locate in Torrance in California.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible according to purchasing priorities:

In most cases, all orders will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process your order. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you make your shipping option selection at checkout.

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and during the holiday season.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

Click the “View your order” button in the email you received and you’ll be redirected to a page where the latest order status and your tracking number should be shown.

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated immediately. Shipping delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit location, or your local post office. There are no updates in between and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

When will my order arrive?

All orders will be shipped directly from Torrance, CA

USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered within 2-4 days of being shipped.

FedEx Express is usually delivered within 1-2 days of being shipped.

UPS is usually delivered within 1-2 days of being shipped.

Please note that USPS shipping times are not guaranteed.

Note: Our online store is only open for the United States for the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Lost & Undelivered package?

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit time or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Under some special circumstance, we will resend your order if your shipping info has no updates after 30 calendar days from the payment. Please understand these errors are out of our control.

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery.

Shipping Rates

All additional shipping methods and rates are listed when you place your order at check out.

In the event that you receive the message, "No shipping rates available for your area", this means that we currently do not ship to the address or location that you have provided. If this is an international order and you are receiving this message, there may be restrictions on sending products to your country. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that a product in your order becomes unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for a an alternative replacement item, or may at our discretion remove the item from your order and issue a refund back to your credit card or other method of payment.

Damage or Missing Products/Order

In the event that you receive your order with missing items and/or there is product damage, etc., please take a picture of the products immediately and e-mail them along with a brief description of the problem to our Customer Support Team, and they will assist you in resolving the problem.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I request a warranty?

Thank you for purchasing Leaf buddi products. Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How?
2. Please provide the security code of the product.

3. Send clear photo(s) or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.


NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). How do I request a refund or a return?

1. Any used accessories may not be refunded or returned.

2. Normally, we ship your orders within 24 hours from receiving the payment of the orders, so at any time before your order is shipped and you want a cancellation of your order, we will refund all the money, excluding the transaction fees caused.

3. In case your order is shipped before you want a cancellation, please wait until the package is returned completely and safely to Leaf Buddi, then we will refund you your money deducting all the transaction fees, shipping costs or any other fees caused during the process.

4. If there is any fault caused by Leaf Buddi, we will give a full refund.

How are replacement parts shipped?

1. All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped from our California location.

2. All replacement shipments and warranty shipments are shipped using USPS as a default.
